How printed copies work
Each copy is printed when you order it, and posted to you, by Mixam, a UK printer. You order and pay on Mixam's website.
The price of each copy is Mixam's cost of printing it. No mark-up has been added. Mixam adds delivery at its checkout.
Every copy is an A4 paperback with a full-colour cover. The page numbers are the same in every copy, so a reference to a page points to the same page whichever you have.

Mixam's printing cost for one copy, October 2026, before delivery. The price shown at Mixam's checkout is the one that applies. In full colour the complete paper costs less in one volume than in two, because every book carries the cost of its own cover and binding.
